Flowmax is set to become a leader in the liquid and solids separation equipment world

The Flowmax is set to become the first choice in separation equipment. It is an innovative new design of a vacuum belt filter unit with a number of design aspects under provisional patent protection. The unit operates by delivering sludge onto a perforated filter belt with a vacuum applied to its underside, the belt being supported by a carrier system. 

Sludge is applied to the belt to form a filter bed; the filtrate is sucked down through the bed and belt and is then discharged from the Flowmax unit. The resulting discharge is usually clear or significantly clearer of particulates.  The level of solids dryness achieved by Flowmax has proven to be a significant improvement over existing, more outdated separation technologies in many cases.
