Municipal Effluent Pond

The Flowmax 2200 model completed the desludging of a municipal effluent pond in NZ in August 2011. Total Production was 1,000 MT of Dry Solids. The 2200 model produced an output of up to 22MT per hour at 22.5% Dry solids. Very low usage of Flocculant was used. See below video of the project  

Mangere waste treatment plant

As part of Watercare Services regular program a Flowmax 2200 unit has dewatered the sludge from one of the Digesters at the Mangere WTP, Auckland, NZ. Job was completed within one week in September.
